Starting out as a Visual Merchandiser with Country Road Australia, many years ago, learning about Colour and placement and then studying Interior Design and using those qualifications to start my own business after many years in Customer Service and working in the Aviation Industry. I have come full circle, skilled in Customer Service working for one of the worlds Leading Airlines and Australia's Iconic airline Qantas Airways with my background in Visual Merchandising and Interior Design, I put it all together with Exceptional Customer service and you have a passionate advocate for making your home look amazing.
After leaving Aviation, I moved into Training in and obtained my Training and Assessment Qualification in 2017. Now I teach Customer Service Skills to students from all over the world. I Design Brochures and Business cards as well as set up a Cabin Crew Training course to pass on all I learned with 30 years as part of the Cabin Crew and Management teams at Qantas. I have brought on other experienced Crew who are also qualified trainers.
Michael has 30 years experience in Aviation working as Cabin Crew and Airline management.
He is a qualified Interior Designer, Has Graphic design Skills and is also a qualified Trainer and Assessor.
A variety of skills and work experience has created his unique ability to understand and deliver an exceptional customer Experience as well the creativity to think outside the box and offer solutions that engage and delight.
Jon is a founding member of our team and the finance guru. He is the key part of assuring we provide high quality products and that we come in on budget. He is tad shy as this pic shows, but always happy to chat.
