Johnson Waters has been operating since 2008.

We started by creating tram rolls when the trend was high and I used my graphic design training to create the artwork that was then screen printed onto canvas and framed.

We shipped to the USA the UK and all over Australia with our standard and custom range of wall destination canvases.

We ran promotions in Real Living magazine as part of their subscription prizes. We supplied boutique retailers in Bayside Victoria as well as Rye & Flinders on the Mornington Peninsula. Bed Bath and Table picked us up for 12 months before moving on with a similar product made under their own label - hey it happens!

Dare Gallery carried our canvases and then as they say, the trend died and went smaller - cue, tea towels and cushions.

You can see some of our past advertising in our resumé page where we had shoots for Vogue Living and Inside Out magazines as well as a Real Living magazine promotions.

My style is heavily influenced by cities I've visited or lived in, my travels are important to being able to mix elements from different continents to create something unexpected and exciting. I also like to add events from different decades to enhance a space with ever more interest and create the right mood.

Now located on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland we are going forward discovering new and exciting interiors and products and seeing where things take us.

I am more than just one person, it takes a small team of clever friends who work in the creative field and suppliers that are amazing at what they do. From printers to linen suppliers and beyond, I need my team.

Lynneke from www.handmadebylynneke.com.au is my never ending source of inspiration and a super clever cookie. You can find her doorstops, one of her many gorgeous products she makes herself, in my shop.

Jon, my partner likes to sit in the background and do the finances and of course puts his design eye on things when they need it too. Oh and he prevents me from going over budget, most of the time ;-)

Living without colour is like living without love.

Invite colour into your home. Take risks, mix materials, be bold.
